Hydro One is gathering community feedback on a major power project in northwestern Ontario.
The Waasigan Transmission Line is a proposed double-circuit 230 kilovolt line between Thunder Bay and Atikokan, and a new single-circuit 230 kV line between Atikokan and Dryden.
A virtual engagement session is being held on July 30th at 6:30pm central.
It will include a livestream presentation and questions from those who are attending.
The session is aimed at collecting input on the draft Terms of Reference, the first step in the Environmental Assessment process for the project.
