Another impaired driving charge is being reported by Provincial Police in the Red Lake area.
Police say on Saturday at around 10:17pm they were on patrol and saw a vehicle commit a highway traffic act violation.
Police then say they stopped the vehicle on Highway 125 and demanded a breath sample during the stop which the driver performed poorly and was placed under arrest.
The accused was taken to the detachment for further testing.
OPP say a 62-year-old man faces Operation while impaired by alcohol and operation while impaired with blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
Police say the accused was released by way of undertaking for Red Lake court on September 17th to answer to the charges.
