A passenger on a North Star Air flight has tested positive for COVID-19.
Everyone who was on board the flight on Tuesday is now self-isolating.
It was travelling from Sioux Lookout to Sachigo Lake when a Sachigo Lake official told the airline that one passenger’s test result had just been confirmed as positive.
The flight returned to Sioux Lookout where all passengers were taken to an isolation ward. The aircraft has been quarantined in Thunder Bay and will be cleaned multiple times.
The flight crew will also be tested for the virus.
