The 2019-2020 COVID-19 altered school year has officially come to an end.
A physical distancing graduation was recently held at Confederation College campus in Dryden.
Areas were set up for individual grads to be celebrated, photos to be taken and for graduates to be cheered on by faculty, staff and vehicles passing by.
Each grad also went home with large signs for their yard.
36 students graduated at the Dryden campus.
Mandy-Dawn Right received the Dryden Campus Award of Excellence.

We are so proud of the accomplishments of each of our graduates. To demonstrate their perseverance, dedication and achievements, we share the success story of one of our grads from each campus each year. We made a special in-person diploma and gift basket delivery to Daniel Hill, our featured graduate for the Dryden Campus. Daniel graduated from the Paramedic Program. Daniel has always wanted to work in emergency services as he was growing up, and decided on pursuing a paramedic career because it seemed the most interesting. Now, he is working in the field. Congratulations, Daniel.
We also made a special delivery to Brennan Barkauskas, our featured graduate from our Sioux Lookout Campus. Brennan graduated from the Early Childhood Education Program. Brennan recently moved to Lindsay, Ontario with his fiancée. His surprise basket was mailed to him and we celebrated with him virtually as he opened the package live online. Brennan is looking forward to starting his ECE career in Lindsay. Congratulations, Brennan.
