As we travel together through a summer unlike any other due to COVID-19 many are weighing career options.
Gosh knows we have the time to think about it with countless events and gatherings cancelled this season. And who’s workplace hasn’t been affected due to COVID restrictions? Perhaps you’re one of those who unfortunately has been laid off or even worse – lost your job or business.
Look at it this way. It’s an interesting time to weigh your options when it comes to employment and career choices. You’re never to old to make a change even if your job is secure. I’ve been VERY fortunate to have the same career for over 30 years. One I’ve enjoyed immensely and one I hope that has helped make a difference.
Where am I going with this? No I am not making a career change at the moment. And no the meeting with the boss at noon today is not about my job performance. I think. I hope.
