There are three new positive cases of COVID-19 in the Northwestern Health Unit’s catchment area.
One of the cases is in Kenora Health Hub region and two are in the Sioux Lookout Health Hub region.
Health officials are following up with the people involved, and will directly notify anyone who may have been in contact with them.
For privacy reasons, the Health Unit isn’t confirming where the latest positive cases are located.
The Health Unit says to assume COVID-19 is in your community and practice preventive measures like physical distancing, wearing a mask when physical distancing is not possible, good hand hygiene, and not touching your face.
