The Winnipeg Goldeyes will be playing baseball this summer, just not at Shaw Park.
The 2020 America Association is pushing its season ahead despite COVID-19 restrictions.
The league has announced that they’ll play a condensed 60 game season, which is set to kick off on July 3rd.
Winnipeg will play their home games out of Fargo, North Dakota, the home of the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, with Franklin, Wisconsin and Sioux Falls, South Dakota serving as the other hub cities.
The six teams will play in one division, with the top two moving on to a best-of-five championship in September.
