Those involved in the tourism industry are getting a chance to speak their mind on the governments response to COVID-19.
The province’s Standing Committee on Finance is holding hearings starting Thursday.
Government house leader Paul Calandra says over 140 people and businesses have volunteered to speak during their hearings.
“That report is due to be completed within three weeks, with recommendations that will come to the Ontario Jobs and Recovery committee, straight to Cabinet and to the Legislature.”
The opposition is accusing the Ford government of not doing enough for the tourist industry, instead letting the federal government provide the funding.
