The Kenora District Services Board is ensuring the community of Ear Falls that Child Care programming will continue.
The announcement comes after the Township of Ear Falls terminated its agreement with the Services Board to provide child care in the community due to affordability.
Chief Administrative Officer Henry Wall says they will be working hard to establish a new Child Care and Early Years program in the community by September 1st.
Effective immediately the KDSB will be working with its board and Ear Falls Mayor and Council to assure child care needs in the community are met.
