A 37-year-old Red Lake man has been arrested after provincial police received a call for service regarding child pornography Monday.
OPP say Adam Gerald Degrechie faces a total of three charges in relation to the case.
- Access any Child Pornography, contrary to Section 163.1(4.1) of the Criminal Code;
- Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography, contrary to Section 163.1(3) of the Criminal Code;
- Possess of Child Pornography, contrary to Section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code
Degrechie remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
Police continue to investigate.
