The province isn’t ready to increase the size of public and private gatherings.
The Ontario government, in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of Health, has extended all emergency orders currently in force until May 29th.
That includes the closure of bars and restaurants, expect for takeout and delivery only, and restrictions on social gatherings of more than five people.
Outdoor playgrounds, play structures, swimming pools, splash pads and fitness centres will remain closed until the later stages of the province’s reopening plan.
The province is allowing drive-in religious gatherings.
