Ontario is protecting childcare spaces by helping daycares stay afloat during COVID-19.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce announced the province is assisting child care and EarlyON Centres with operating costs, along with “direct and rapid funding delivery” for those that currently get funding.
Lecce says this is meant to support parents who are heading back to work as the province allows some stores to re-open.
