Tge Prime Minister has announced the Canada-U.S. border will remain closed to non-essential travel for another 30 days in an effort to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
At his Saturday morning press conference, prime Minister Trudeau said the current border measures, which were due to expire on April 21, will be extended for another 30 days.
This effectively bars non-essential traffic through the border while allowing approved commercial traffic and some travel for those working in the other country.
