A pursuit with Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout has resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old man.
Officers spotted an ATV travelling at a high rate of speed on Highway 664, east of Hudson on Good Friday.
It was determined the same vehicle was recently trespassing in Lac Seul First Nation during a community lockdown.
Police attempted to stop the driver but he fled.
OPP say the ATV was found abandoned on Sanders Road West and was returned to its owner.
The driver was located a short time later, at which time they brandished a weapon at an officer and led police on a foot chase before being apprehended.
OPP say Manuel Smith of Sioux Lookout has been charged with dangerous operation, flight from a police officer and possession of a dangerous weapon.
