Synergy North is trying to make sure its staff is isolated as best as possible from the COVID virus.
President Rob Mace explains there has been a lot of work done behind the scenes to make it happen.
“Most of our staff has been working from home, as I am…we’ve set them up with computer access at home,” says Mace.
The Synergy North president adds the electric utility has segregated its outdoor crews, is only doing essential work and has postponed work on any major capital projects.
Synergy North, formerly Thunder Bay Hydro, is the electricity provider in Thunder Bay and Kenora.
