Demolition of the Central Hotel is set to begin.
The City of Dryden says King Street from Earl Avenue to Whyte Avenue as well as Earl from King to Princess Street will be closed to traffic starting at 7 o’clock Thursday morning.
The disruption is scheduled to be in place until Saturday at 5:00pm.
The move is being made to protect workers with McKay Construction, Wildwood Contracting and LBE Group.
Public Works says the King Street underpass will remain open, however there will be limited access and alternate travel routes are recommended.
