Court is no longer in session in our province.
The Ontario Court of Justice says all Provincial Offences Act matters have been suspended until April 6th at the earliest due to Coronavirus concerns.
If you have a matter scheduled during that time, you don’t need to attend court.
All cases will be rescheduled to a later date.
A notice of new court dates will be sent to you by mail to the address on file with the court.
Only urgent public health and safety matters and urgent civil, family and criminal matters will be heard.
Last week, all jury trials were put on hold.
