The Ontario Liberals have a new leader.
Former Cabinet Minister Steven Del Duca easily won the party vote on the weekend.
Del Duca received 58.5% support in a first ballot landslide.
Current Liberal MPP Michael Coteau was Del Duca’s closest rival, taking 17% of the votes cast.
Del Duca says under his leadership the Liberals will be “relentless in the pursuit of progress”.
He replaces interim leader John Fraser and former leader Kathleen Wynne.
