As the warmer weather starts to arrive, the Provincial Police want to make sure you’re keeping your camp safe.
Even though you might not be planning your first trip out for a couple of weeks, provincial police are sending out a reminder that you should be protecting your investment all year round.
Some tips to make sure your property is safe include not leaving any valuables inside when you’re not there, and always taking home any alcohol or firearms you may bring.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked and secured.
OPP add if you’ve been the victim of a theft or break and enter, don’t touch anything and call the police.
