A precautionary boil water advisory is currently in place in Vermilion Bay.
The advisory is due to high levels of turbidity.
All residents and business owners who use water from the Vermilion Bay Water Treatment Plant are being asked to boil their water for at least one minute before drinking.
The notice will be in effect until further notified.
