It felt like playoff hockey game Thursday when the Dryden Eagles and St. Thomas Aquinas Saints collided in a Thursday Girls High School Hockey matinee.
When the dust settled, the Saints rallied to defeat the Eagles 5-4 in overtime.
Dryden scored three power play goals and held a 4-3 third period lead before T.A. came back.
Julia Jones recorded a pair of markers, while Meagan Lundmark and Kiya Fenwick added singles for the Eagles.
Brynn Montgomery made 30 saves.
In Boys play, St. Thomas Aquinas defeated the Dryden Eagles in Kenora.
