Dryden Police are warning of another scam that has hit many in the area.
Several people have reported receiving a call from a 1-800 number demanding your Social Insurance Number or risk being arrested.
Police say you may receive multiple calls a day.
Dryden Police urge the public to not give away personal information over the phone.
Police say if you feel you are the victim of fraud, then contact the Dryden Police Service and also report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501 or http://www.antifraudcentre.ca
