The Municipality of Sioux Lookout is now gearing up for a By-Election.
Four candidates are in the running for one vacant seat at the Council table.
Nick Costello, Michael Quince, Darlene Angeconeb and Connor Howie got things started on Tuesday night as they unveiled their platforms in an All-Candidates Forum.
Clerk Brian MacKinnon says now the real work begins.
MacKinnon says eligible voters can cast their ballot between January 20th through to election day on January 27th.
You will be able to vote online, by phone or at a mobile station at municipal hall.
MacKinnon says the main message right now is ensuring you are on the voters list.
MacKinnon says if don’t receive your voter information letter by the middle of the month, you are asked visit municipal hall to ensure you are on the list.
