The Mayor of Dryden is reflecting on the events of 2019.
Greg Wilson says they were able to accomplish a lot and is excited to build on the momentum.
He says the ducks are all aligned and ready for 2020 and he’s happy to see the shape that the budget is in as well as it will be the final year of major debt repayments for the City.
Wilson says 2020 will be the final year of major debt repayments, noting some financial restraints will be lifted heading into 2021.
Councillor Norm Bush is also happy with 2019 as they did finish their strategic plan completed and their re-branding was also completed in the last year as well.
Bush also says he’s heard a lot of positive reception when it comes to the new logo and branding.
