The story of “Buddy the Elf” will come to life at Dryden High School next week.
The DHS Dramatic Arts Association is putting on ‘Elf the Musical’ from December 19th to 21st.
Ted Mitchell, Chris Maua, Chelsea Reynolds, Bennett McLeod and Seth Lekteman were guests on the CKDR Morning Show today (Monday) to promote the performance.
Mitchell says it’s based on the cult Christmas movie classic ‘The Elf’ with Will Ferrell.
“The writers worked really hard to make these songs fit with the rest of the story line and to bring it all together and it works really nicely. It’s a fun night and there’s some catchy numbers that will get stuck in your head.”
Tickets are $15-dollars for adults and $10 for Children under the age of 12.
They are available at the DHS main office, Kano Reid and at the door.
There will be Christmas carolling with Tanner Henderson from 6:00pm-6:20pm before the show each day.
