The Dryden Police Services Board is headed to conciliation in ongoing contract talks with the Dryden Police Association.
The move to engage a Conciliator comes after extensive collective bargaining talks with the Association since June.
Board Chair Judi Green says “We are disappointed we were not able to reach an agreement with this latest round of talks”.
Green says no other details are being released at this time and they won’t negotiate through the media.
She notes it’s their hope that with the assistance of a Conciliator, the parties can come to a reasonable and fair agreement for all.
