Gold for all four teams attending the NorWOSSA ‘AA’ Court Finals in Dryden on Friday.
The second ranked Dryden Eagles Senior Girls Volleyball team upset top ranked Fort Frances Muskies 55-45 in Senior Girls Basketball.
Emily Heil led the attack with 20-points, while players like Brynn Montgomery and Julia Jones wore down the Fort Frances defence.
The Eagles will host the NWOSSA Final next weekend and will play the winner of the Thunder Bay championship.
The Sioux North Warriors captured Gold in Junior Boys Volleyball with a back-and-forth five set thriller against Dryden. (25-11, 25-19, 21-25, 23-25, 10-15)
The Beaver Brae Broncos won the Senior Boys Volleyball title with a three set win over Fort Frances. (25-16, 25-12, 25-15)
Kenora travels to the Lakehead next weekend for the NWOSSA championship.
Fort Frances took home Gold in Junior Girls Basketball with a 42-23 victory over Dryden.
