There is still time to enter the 9th Annual ‘Skip to Equip’ Curling Classic in Sioux Lookout.
Organizers are looking for teams or individuals to compete in the fun ladies-only event starting on November 8th.
Muriel Anderson was a guest on the CKDR Morning Show today (Friday) and she says it’s a fundraiser for the Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
Over $500,000 has been raised for diagnostic equipment and hospital improvements over the last eight years.
Money raised this year will help the hospital purchase new IV pumps.
There will raffles, event themes and other fundraising opportunities.
