Dryden Police are reporting theft charges for three individuals after a shoplifting incident at Walmart.
Police say on Tuesday at around 2:00pm they received a report of shoplifting taking place inside the store.
Police then say as they arrived they met the individuals in the parking lot where two of them were immediately placed under arrest.
Dryden Police says one of the accused attempted to run away in the wooded area near the store, but they were arrested as well.
Police say they have charged 23-year-old John Carl Joseph Polkinghorne with Theft Under $5000, Possession of Stolen Property under $5000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
Dryden Police say they have also charged 45-year-old Mary Macy Machimity with theft under $5000 and 37-year-old Sean Patrick Caston has also been charged with theft under $5000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
All of the accused will appear in court on December 16th in Dryden.
