A Dryden resident faces two counts of impaired driving charges following a single vehicle crash, roughly 10-kilometres south of Ear Falls.
Provincial Police say the incident occurred around 9 o’clock Monday night on Highway 105.
Officers arrived to find a side-by-side in the northbound ditch along with multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers.
OPP say they found the driver occupying a different vehicle and the accused was arrested and returned to the detachment for tests.
Police say the 52-year-old has been released on a Promise to Appear in Red Lake court on October 17th.
