A new Dryden Entertainment Series has kicked-off.
Prince Edward Island’s Irish Mythen got the ball rolling on Friday night with a spellbinding performance.
The Entertainment Series contains a diverse, nine act line-up this year.
It features classically trained tenors, folk, rock and country music, as well as dance and theatre.
Spokesperson Wendy Weidenhoeft says the series offers newcomers a unique combination of high quality stagecraft often with the intimacy of a house concert.
She says their concerts are very up close and personal in the beautiful Dryden Performing Arts Centre.
Weidenhoeft adds “Artists always take time after the show to come and talk to audience members. You can have a one-on-one conversation with them.”
The Entertainment Series offers season passes, individual tickets or Flex-5 passes.
