Rainfall was the story for the month of August across Northwestern Ontario.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services says we had 14 days with rain in the month.
Fort Frances led the way at 154-millimetres, while Ignace was next at 131.6-millimetres.
Total rainfall in Dryden was 88.5-millimetres, a little above normal, but lower than most other places in the region.
Laidlaw says the heaviest one day total was 14.3-millimetres on the 17th.
Laidlaw says the average temperature in the Dryden area was 17.3-degrees, making it the third coldest since 2000.
The warmest day was on August 3rd at 29.7, while the coldest was 6.5 on the 30th.
