It was a quiet long weekend on the forest fire front with no new starts.
There are currently 16 active fires in the region, three are listed as under control, while 13 are being observed.
The hazard is low for the most part with pockets of moderate scattered across the northwest.
Although it has cooled down, residents still must follow all outdoor burning rules.
Outdoor enthusiasts are also being asked to be careful with campfires and ensure they are extinguished when leaving.
