Another long weekend is here with lots of outdoor fun planned, so what should we expect from mother nature?
Signal Weather Services Meteorologist Bill Laidlaw provides an overview for the next few days saying Saturday and Sunday will be hot and humid with some showers in the afternoon, Monday will have some general showers with less of a chance of thunder.
Laidlaw also says with the hot humid weather becoming unstable in the afternoons, be wary of potential thunderstorm watches and warnings throughout the weekend.
With the heat, locals are reminded to try and keep cool and stay hydrated.
