The Alzheimer Society in Kenora-Rainy River is once again launching its “Music Project.” campaign.
Donations of gently used iPod’s are now being accepted.
Spokesperson Rylee Rieu says the initiative really does work, as music is one of the last memories of someone living with dementia.
Rieu says they have over 60 active clients who are taking part in the project across the district and she stresses she gets more referrals every week.
