The Second Annual Polar Plunge is in the books and organizers are thanking the community for their support.
$3,833.20 was raised by those willing to jump into a tank full of icy, cold water on Canada Day.
Dryden Police Community Services Officer Denise Szachury says the money will be used to support local Special Olympic athletes with travel, events and other services.
Wayne Morrison was the top fundraiser with $1,165 collected.
