In loving memory of Betty Dora Weaver (Anderson) who passed away peacefully May 10, 2019 at her residence in Princess Court Long Term Care. Betty was born in Dryden, ON, on September 15, 1933 to Conrad and Esther Anderson. She married the love of her life Clayton Weaver October 22, 1955.
Betty will always be remembered for her love of a good card game, her delicious home cooking, and her big generous heart. One of Betty’s favourite things to do was spend summers out at camp. Betty had a powerful love of her family and always welcomed everyone, especially neighborhood children.
Betty is survived by her son David (Sally), Connor and Jarod Weaver, son in law Greg Swanson, Marcie (Freeman) Falloon, Brittany (Brien) Morrissey, Brendin Swanson, Great Grandchildren Amelia, Lila and Eva Falloon, Nora and Nate Morrissey, loving sister Mildred Woodbeck, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty is pre-deceased by her loving husband Clayton, her daughter Susan Swanson, and sister Muriel Laverdure.
A Memorial Funeral Service to celebrate Betty’s life will be held Wednesday May 22nd, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in First United Church with Pastor Michael Bergman officiating. Interment will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
