The uproar over the killing of Cecil the lion has made it to the White House.
More than 200,000 people have signed a public petition to get the American dentist who poached the beloved African lion extradited to Zimbabwe.
Brock University’s Scott Henderson says he believes the killing has sparked such mass public outrage because a big part of what’s driving the story is that there is a very clear victim and villian, and it aligns with issues like power and privilege. (Photo provided)
