It was a tough start to the High School football season for the Dryden Eagles.
The Eagels squandered a 25-7 4th quarter lead on route to a 28-25 loss to the visiting St. Paul’s Crusaders this afternoon.
Jordan Hoover led the way offensively scoring 2 touchdowns, while Darren Anderson added a major.
The highlight came in the third, when Byron Fleming hooked up with Steve Lang for a 65 yard touchdown.
The Eagles next game is next Thursday in Winnipeg.
