Ignace Budget Meeting

A public meeting is being held on Tuesday February 7th in Ignace to discuss the 2012 Municipal budget.
A draft budget will be presented and the public is encouraged to provide feedback on the fiscal document.

Open Roads Public School Kindergarten Open House
February 8th in Dryden

Open Roads Public School in Dryden is holding a Kindergarten Open House on Wednesday, February 8 from 11:00am-12:00pm. Families of children who will begin Kindergarten in August 2012 are welcome to attend. The open house will allow families the opportunity to tour the school, meet the Kindergarten teachers and Early Childhood Educators, as well as the chance to see a demonstration of the different technology being used in classrooms at the school. Dart Tournament
February 11th in Dryden

The 4th annual dart tournament for the Children's Wish Foundation is coming up Saturday, February 11th at the Royal Canadian Legion in Dryden. Registration is from 9-9:45am. Play starts at 10am. This is open to everyone - whether you're a league player, or not. The goal is to raise $5,000 for the Children's Wish Foundation.

There will be a silent auction, and a beach party Valentine's dance from 8pm-1am will follow with music from Buddy MacNewf.

Badminton at DHS

Once again this year there will be open badminton at DHS On TUESDAY nights from 6:30-8:00. Bring your own racquets and it is a fun evening of drop in for all ages.
