In memory of Sterling G Warren, 28, who died suddenly on June 10th due to medical reasons.
Sterling was born on May 1st 1989, in Winnipeg, MB. He was a resident of Dryden, ON where he grew up to love animals so much that, as young as 3 years old, he asked his parents to move to a farm. He was granted his wish after open heart surgery at age of 3 where his roots of a country boy were born. He went on to being a long standing member of the 4H club, known to say 4H is 4U. He was not only known for his farming abilities but Sterling was also known for his strong athletic performances. He was involved mostly in hockey and football and even went on to coaching a baseball team. After high school he went on to University of Minot with a football scholarship.
Sterling is survived by; his daughters Arianna Warren, 7 years of age, Alexianna Warren, 6 years of age and Alivianna Warren, 4 years of age of Ohio, his mother Shirley Mclean of Dryden, father Darren Warren of Dryden, big sister Jamie McLean (Logan Cripps), little sister Amber Warren (Hunter James) of Dryden, Grammy Ruth Warren of Dryden, nephews Tristan Cripps and Markus Cripps of Dryden as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
He is predeceased by his Granny Louisa Mclean of Little Sask Reserve and his Grampie Graham Warren of Dryden.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at the Dryden Community Funeral Home’s Chapel. A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the Agricultural Centre with Pastor Velma Henderson officiating. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date.
