Dryden Council To Table Smoke-Free Bylaw

Dryden City Council is expected to table a smoke-free workplace bylaw tonight.
Meantime, restaurant and bar employees in Terrace Bay and Schreiber, where a bylaw restricting smoking already exists, say they have seen less traffic and less revenue.
Dryden residents seemed split on the idea at a recent public forum.
Some felt a bylaw was needed because second-hand smoke is a health hazard while others felt a bylaw would cripple businesses.
