Provincial Police have conducted an investigation on an alleged drug courier operation throughout the North West.
Members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau with assistance from the Sioux Lookout Detachment of the OPP conducted the investigation.
Police say they located and arrested the suspect in Thunder Bay.
Police then say they located and seized 18 grams of cocaine, electronic devices and $2310 in cash.
As a result of the investigation, 39 year old Michael O'Gormon of Sioux lookout faces multiple charges including Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000 and Obstructing a peace officer.
The accused will appear in Thunder Bay Provincial Court by video on March 15th to answer to the charges.
