The N-D-P wants the Ontario legislature recalled next month to deal with a ruling concerning agriculture workers.
The Supreme Court today ruled the Harris Tories breached the Charter of Rights when it replaced an N-D-P law granting farm workers limited bargaining rights.
The high court has given the province 18-months to write new legislation.
But N-D-P labour critic Peter Kormos says the legislature should be recalled next month to bring in a new law.
