Environment Canada says it’s going to be a hot couple of days.
Weather Forecasters have issued Heat Warnings for most of Northwestern Ontario, calling for temperatures of 29 or higher and saying it will feel like 31 or more at mid day. Night time temperatures won’t drop below 18 or 19 degrees.
Words of advice include;
Drink plenty of water even before you feel thirsty and stay in a cool place.
Reduce your heat risk. Schedule outdoor activities during the coolest parts of the day.
Never leave people or pets inside a parked vehicle.
The Heat Warning covers Dryden, Vermilion Bay, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Sioux Lookout, Ignace, Kenora and Fort Frances.
