The Dryden Juventus have earned a spot in the Senior Men’s Soccer Semi-Final.
The Juventus recorded two important wins Wednesday night, first downing Dryden Physioquest United 11-1.
Conner Doherty and Ryan Shapland both scored three times, while Liam Wrolstad, Dustin St. Aubin, Cody Kaus, Chris Kondra and Evan Crawley added singles.
Ray Cook replied for the United.
There was a Penalty Kick Shootout following the contest as part of a make-up-game.
Liam Wrolstad scored the final goal as the Juventus outlasted the United 6-5.
In Dryden Ladies Fastball, the Gillons Stealers and Domino’s Swingers are going the distance in their Quarter-Final.
The Stealers forced a Game 3 with a 16-15 victory.
The Bedrock Brawlers advanced to the Semi-Final with a come-from-behind win over the Ricci Trucking Devils.
In the Men’s Slo-Pitch Semi-Final, the Hagens Heroes took game 1 with an 8-6 victory over the Domino’s Dusters.
The P.I. Dumpbears clipped the Backforty Outfitters 26-25.
