For the second straight season, a member of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs has won the League MVP award.
Jacen Bracko was an unanimous selection in voting done by each of the SIJHL’s member teams.
In 56-games this season, the 20-year-old recorded 48-goals, 33-assists and 81-points.
He led the league in goals and points and was in the Top 10 in assists, shorthanded goals, game-winning goals and powerplay points.
Bracko hasn’t missed a game in his two years with the Ice Dogs and is the teams all-time leader in goals with 89.
He joins Braden Allkins, Cole Golka and Jon Mitchell as Dryden players to win the award.
Bracko is now a nominee for the Canadian Junior Hockey League Player of the Year Award.
