"My sons Jeremy and Michael (with assistance from their dad) put this together. Some of us cut blocks, some of us painted! It was a cold day but all in all it was fun to do!!!"

After visiting Dryden, the Olympic Torch Relay made a brief stop in Vermilion Bay - our thanks to Judy for sending along this great picture!

VANOC officials visiting Dryden were so impressed with the Inukshuks created last week for the arrival of the Olympic flame that they came back to stage some photos for the VANOC website. The Dryden event had to be moved indoors due to extreme cold.

Dryden's Olympic Inukshuks on the shores of Wabigoon Lake. Each was aprox. seven feet tall.
