Cory Dennis of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs has been named SIJHL CCM Defenceman of the Year.
In 54-games this season, the veteran blueliner from Madison, Wisconsin was tied for the league lead in goals among defenceman with 15 and second in points with 46.
Dennis also produced 16-power play points.
In 96-games with Dryden GM, Dennis has 26-goals and 54-assists.
He beat out Brody Jennings of the English River Miners and Joe Newhouse of the Thunder Bay North Stars.
